What are the products made out of?
Our products come in a variety of materials. For our jewelry specifically, many of our pieces are either stainless-steel, 925 plated, or titanium plated. By doing so we both reduce cost and increase the longevity of our products.
When will the product I want be in stock?
For StyleSense's limited-time drops as well as limited-edition drops, once they are out of stock they will not return. For other prodcuts on our pages, we work fast to maintain supply, but cannot give any exact estimate on restocking times.
When will I get my order?
We handle and ship each and every order with care so please allow 3-4 weeks to ship. We work to process orders promptly, typically within 5-7 buisiness days. Exact shipping time depends on courier and location, but an email will be sent when your order has been shipped.
What is the return policy?
Customer satisfaction is a high priority of ours and if we are in the wrong we always aim to correct it. For refunds and returns, we process each situation on a case-by-case basis. For more information please refer to our return policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We will always inform you of the shipping cost before you complete your order.
